I love ipa's, try as many as I run across, this ipa is the most striking I can recall having in some time, and it is most likely due to the wild yeast which is giving it such a different aspect.
saw a place near me has it - might give it a try even though I dont drink beer much anymore -- sometimes I have one during a Vols FB game -- my brother will try it I bet because, he is like you with the IPAs

If you are ever in San Diego, check this place out. They are a yeast company, but also make beer. They will make the same beer with different yeasts, so you could get a flight of IPA's where everything is the same except for the yeast used while fermenting. It is very cool. And you can taste the difference.

I usually go slumming when I drink beer. I’ve tried IPA’s, didn’t suit me, but because this has basil, I’m intrigued.

Actually I lean more to Pale Ales or American Pale Ales.
