If you are ever in San Diego, check this place out. They are a yeast company, but also make beer. They will make the same beer with different yeasts, so you could get a flight of IPA's where everything is the same except for the yeast used while fermenting. It is very cool. And you can taste the difference.

White Labs Brewing Co

Used White Labs yeast for years when I home-brewed. Still have a bunch of their vials I use for storing....other stuff. I'll have to check out their brews!
