Interesting facts:

Saw them in 84. That was one of my favorite songs as a junior in HS. In 93 I saw Blackhawk and they played it.

This is Not my favorite song by them but their biggest hit might be familiar to you. The lead singer is Henry Paul, founding member and lead vocals and guitar for The Outlaws.


 
we've seen them twice at City Winery in Nashville. They do first set as Outlaws and second set as Blackhawk. A friend of ours named Travis runs their sound. Travis's dad is Charlie Gearhart, who was lead singer for Goose Creek Symphony.

I've only got to see them once in 78/79 at the Coliseum. Iirc, they headlined for Molly Hatchet and 38 Special was the warm up band. Lol

Never heard of Blackhawk but I did listen to the one you posted. Pretty good, imo and sorry I missed out on them.
