I was gonna start the trilogy last night, but I procrastinated a bit too long.

They fall into that class of movies that really aren't that great but I really like alot. They say the books are excellent, but I haven't read any of them. I like Shalien Woodley (sp)? but she wouldn't have been my first choice for the role. She's just too girly. But it ain't a deal breaker for me.

I like the girl in it, and Kate Winslet! The main guy used to play on a cop show, and I really liked it. That's kinda what drew my interest to the first one, his character in that show.
