Well, I’m not a chef and have never made fried green maters, just eat em. I didn’t know you could mix flour and corn meal to make a fried dish.

What do you do for seasoning - Cajun etc., or straight-ahead salt and pepper?

Usually season salt but I like Cajun seasoning too. It just depends on my mood.

They just got too commercial and gimicky. Look and listen to the earlier stuff like Daddy never was the Cadillac kind, When you leave that way you can never go back then the later stuff like Bills laundromat bar and grill.

I liked Bills and some of the other stuff, but it wasn't like their older stuff.
