What's your favorite thang to cook in it?
Avocado boat or spinach.

But blackened salmon is pretty awesome too because it's really close to pan Blackening but zero clean up.

If I was going to cook you the best piece of blackened salmon I was capable of, I'd use a black iron skillet. For a quick one for myself.....air fryer! Put the fish and spinach with some garlic and olive oil and theyz finished at the same time. Boon!

Throw the aluminum foil in the garbage and I'm done.
 
And I really miss that place. They also had a spot in Napa where you could take your own bottles to fill for a really good price. And a locals discount.
I watched a video today on how to make your own olive oil at home. It's involved, but doesn't look difficult. Finding the olives you want to use would be the only possible difficulty. And it would be expensive. Not something you do to save money.

I may try it one day just to see, but it ain't a priority.
