I dont remember hatin on any Kraft salad dressings.

Kraft Hickory BBQ sauce is as solid of a bought brand to Dr. Up as their is.

Is it braciola or braciole? Are these different spellings for the same thing, or are there subtle differences between the two?

Braciole is American for Involtini, and Brociola is plural for Braciole. Fettine is thinner cut Involtini that may contain bone, usually pork or fish.

That all you have to say? You probably had Braciola and Escarole for breakfast.

Best I have ever had was at a local Italian restaurant and get this, the owner/chef passed away 3 months after it opened

I think its a 1 if you or she is excited about it and just follow the recipe. Because of the sauce its time consuming, which that means added difficulty to some.

IMO as long as you don't over cook the eggplant, its pretty hard to screw it up to the point of not being edible.
