Why not just use a pedometer app on your phone? It will track the distance walked. Isn't that the ultimate goal? Not the number of laps.Pulling muh hair out.
I have a "track" path out back that is exactly 352 feet. 15 laps is 1 mile. Long story why, but I always.....every single time without fail, lose count of my laps. I have a hand held clicker but I get into listening to whatever I'm listening to and forget to click.
I want a motion sensor counter, infrared or whatever so when I pass by it counts it. Why am I having trouble finding something?

Why does the number of laps matter if you're already tracking miles???Y'all gone make me cuss.
My smart watch counts my steps.
It tells me miles.
It counts my heart beats.
Blood Pressure.
Blood/Oxygen.
It times me.
My pace.
GPS shows my route.
It gets texts, emails and phone calls from my phone.
It controls my music.
It does not count laps.
