Pulling muh hair out.

I have a "track" path out back that is exactly 352 feet. 15 laps is 1 mile. Long story why, but I always.....every single time without fail, lose count of my laps. I have a hand held clicker but I get into listening to whatever I'm listening to and forget to click.

I want a motion sensor counter, infrared or whatever so when I pass by it counts it. Why am I having trouble finding something?

Some sort of wildlife tracker, maybe? No clue if it would specifically have a separate tracker, but if not, fast-forward through the video to count that way?

Otherwise a chalkboard and chalk. If placed correctly, it might register on you better than the clicker. Cheap anyway.

Gotta be something. There's dog collars for invisible fences, car counters....something, even the old service station bells when you ran over the "hose pipe". Lol.

I actually thought of that, but I'm convinced there is a better solution.
You could set up a laser counter but when the 30 people on the other side of the track from you come across in rapid succession then you will think you have run two miles.
