I'm a huge fan of it. I like it on my hot dogs, eggs, stuffed in filet mignon, toasted on top of tomatoes and portabello mushrooms, mixed in couscous and chorizo, stuffed in olives.....and much more.
So blue cheese is ur ketchup...😂

I take chicken breasts, wing sauce and a ranch seasoning packet and cook them in a crock pot. After six hours on low, pull the chicken, let it cook up a little more and I have Buffalo pulled chicken sammiches. About my only use of anything ranch related. Last resort for a salad dressing potentially.

There is a Mississippi pot roast recipe that calls for ranch seasoning packets that I use when being lazy. Not bad

Avocados are my favorite fruit these days ( good dong by rascal flatts), I've always like them but since I've been paying more attention to what's actually in what I eat and I taste things differently, I eat at least 1 pretty much every day.

They're on of those foods that pair perfectly with olive oil. You can really taste the difference in oils when used on avocados. Egg and avocado for breakfast and a late afternoon snack is perfect fuel and just so good for you.

Blah blah blah.

We grilled salmon the other day then placed some avocado salsa on top. Diced the avocado and mixed in cilantro, tomato, red chili, lime, red onion, and a little bit of salt. Very versatile fruit in the kitchen that the wife and I are exploring new recipes with.

We had an exchange student from Australia who went home right before the COVID business hit last March.
She brought two every day to eat at school, and she talked about eggs and avacado for breakfast.

Little garlic, olive oil, salt, crushed red pepper and cilantro if you have it on both eggs and avocado is simply a perfect way to start my day. I finish with my 8oz ginger and turmeric tea with orange flavored metamucil and chia seeds. I look forward to it every day.
