Avocados are my favorite fruit these days ( good dong by rascal flatts), I've always like them but since I've been paying more attention to what's actually in what I eat and I taste things differently, I eat at least 1 pretty much every day.
They're on of those foods that pair perfectly with olive oil. You can really taste the difference in oils when used on avocados. Egg and avocado for breakfast and a late afternoon snack is perfect fuel and just so good for you.

Little garlic, olive oil, salt, crushed red pepper and cilantro if you have it on both eggs and avocado is simply a perfect way to start my day. I finish with my 8oz ginger and turmeric tea with orange flavored metamucil and chia seeds. I look forward to it every day.We had an exchange student from Australia who went home right before the COVID business hit last March.
She brought two every day to eat at school, and she talked about eggs and avacado for breakfast.
