Yep. Cut it in slices or chunks, or just eat it out of the skin with a spoon.

My problem is I eat half and avocado, then I eat the other half, the cut another one, repeat.

Okay, yeah Amazon has an olive oil that they sell as their number one seller, it's Kirkland and they say it's a Costco brand. I bet Amazon has them.

I like to make a garlic and breadcrumbs mixture and put it on the top of halves and bake them. But, straight out the jar is my favorite way to eat them. They're high in fiber, but also high in sodium.
