I like making Paella, but saffron really drives up the cost.

Thanks NorCal, ordered the 15. I am going to make this as one of the first dishes in the new house. Going to have to alter ingredients for GVG.

That's cheaper than the one I would have suggested and it's pretty much the same one just an inch smaller.

They had a 1.5" bigger one for +$5 but sometimes making enough for 8 isn't good when it's for 2 peeps.

Nice. And like cast iron, it is best to season it before using.
