Wine with a side of chia water sounds like a good idea.
I'm now curious how good they are for hydration without the soaking. I don't let mine soak in my ginger tea, I don't like the consistency.

Hmph, maybe I need to get used to it because I stay dehydrated pretty much all the time.

I didn't know about the hydration, I take them for the fiber and protein benefits.

No. If you're familiar with italian wedding soup you know the little pasta balls on it are Acini de Pepe, imagine drinking a bottle of water full of those. Just weird.

Oh yeah, that is weird. I will add them to my next Açaí bowl. Flaxseed is my usual additive.

You know, I put half tsp in a half bottle of water and let it sit for 20 minutes. I just drank it and it wasn't as bad as I thought. Maybe I put too many in there last time.

Maybe you should try it and stop paying me any attention. I'm a idoit.

How do you know yur dehydrated?
 
Mainly my legs cramp and I get cottonmouth.
I didn't drank much at work one day and went and worked out with my son and it was chest day and it I just didn't thank about it and after a bunch of chest reps and a hour later my chest swelled up and got tight and cramped it hurt and I got feeling bad and when I went and peed it was dark and that's when it hit me I was dehydrated. It took alot of water to get back feeling better I even threw up.

I drank that half of bottle of water and chia seeds and it may just be in my head after reading that article, but I feel really hydrated, even in my legs.

I'm going to continue doing this and see. It can't do anything but good.

I’ve read the Born To Run book twice and do a chia seed/water/lemon juice combo. Definitely let the chia seeds and water do their thing first.
