I'm now curious how good they are for hydration without the soaking. I don't let mine soak in my ginger tea, I don't like the consistency.Wine with a side of chia water sounds like a good idea.

Hmph, maybe I need to get used to it because I stay dehydrated pretty much all the time.
I didn't know about the hydration, I take them for the fiber and protein benefits.

I didn't drank much at work one day and went and worked out with my son and it was chest day and it I just didn't thank about it and after a bunch of chest reps and a hour later my chest swelled up and got tight and cramped it hurt and I got feeling bad and when I went and peed it was dark and that's when it hit me I was dehydrated. It took alot of water to get back feeling better I even threw up.Mainly my legs cramp and I get cottonmouth.
