Any of you used your air fryer to roast veggies? I tested it on some left over red pepper and a jalapeno. Perfect! My new Pepper roasting appliance, unless I need a bunch. 370 at 12 minutes. So easy to peel. Skin on the peppers came off easily in one piece and the jap was easy too but came off in 5. Beautiful!

Hale yeah! I roast peppers, onions, broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, taters, tomatoes, mushrooms...all turn out great
Tomatoes are fruit and mushrooms are fungi.

But seriously, I haven't tried potatoes in it yet, I think that's my next experiment.

In college I filled up an old steel pot with chicken noodle soup and put it in the microwave. Sounded like the lightening scene in Back to the Future.

Not having learned my lesson, another time I put a Danver’s sandwich wrapped in aluminum foil in the microwave. I think that actually caught on fire.

HAHA
I was standing on the opposite side of the table.
I think I lined it up with the mat that says "Kitchen Aid."
The mat is upside down.
Or I should flip the pic.
Edit: flipped (maybe I'm upside down HA)
