I hate this kind of question mainly because there are 1,687,902 different answers.@Behr I know this is the kind of thing you hate, so apologies in advance, cause I'm asking anyway.
I made a bunch of shredded chicken (pressure cooker, with just s&p and a touch of thyme.) I want to use it on wraps for lunch at work. I have green leaf lettuce, and a jar of roasted red peppers. But I need to figure out how to dress it.
McAlister's Deli has an AMAZING veggie sandwich. The ingredients are: Spinach, tomato, cucumber, red onion, house-roasted multicolored peppers, avocado and herb mayo on 9-grain.
I can't figure out what is in the herb mayo. It's really good. Can you give me any ideas for dressing the wrap? Some kind of mayo, or just olive oil and oregano, or something else?
Thanks for any thoughts you can offer.![]()
According to others, the meatballs I make with lamb are the best they've ever had. I personally don't care for lamb tho, except an occasional obligatory leg of lamb.Thank you for steering me toward lamb instead of veal. I believe they were the best meatballs I’ve ever made, of course I’m going by my taste, and they were fun to make.

Spinach and roasted red peppers go well together. Or use the red peppers for a roasted red pepper sauce, which incidentally I have a good recipe for. Teriyaki sauce is easily made, Americanized or authentic, then pineapple can come in to play. You can grill it to make it different. I haven't tried it in the air fryer, but......
The herb mayo is about equal parts of Garlic, Basil, Oregano, Marjoram, Parsley, Rosemary and Thyme with paprika and lemon juice.
Avocado and some kind of sprouts, I like alfalfa work good with wraps.
