A friend of mine, well a guy from church works at a big Landscaping and mulch place here in town and he's trying to get me the info on getting the organic bale's. He thinks he can get them for me for about $6 each. We'll see.

Our long-time friend here in Roane County, God rest his soul, planted his maters in bales of hay ever year. They done real good. Miss him and his maters.

I have a friend that did this a few years ago for the first time. I asked him tonite about this after seeing your post and he said they are still doing this. Don't know what all they planted.

The Tuna Tartare was really good. The Shrimp, Short Rib and Polenta was okay, nothing special.

I thought it was beef tartare. Skrimps look dry and it's just me but the cuke flower is dumb. Should have been on a round red plate.
