You didn't spell it wrong. Bleu is just a French form of the word Blue, I use it when Im talking about quality. You can make some nice Bleu cheese dressing with Maytag or Roquefort Bleu cheese, but you get some nasty Blue cheese dipping sauce at Hooters.

That's one of "those" things. It's almost impossible to find a good one and IMO there are no "okay" Bleu cheese dressing.

Do you like Roquefort blue cheese crumbles? The only place I can find them close, is Walmart and Food City.
