Ever use that method. Best one to buy. General thoughts on it. Seems like it might just be a pain in the ass...

you can't stand around it outside and drink beer and play with the dog as you cook with one like a grill, so I've never tried one

This! And more.

Can't remember if it was this one or the previous, maybe even in the Sous vide thread in the Pub, I gave my detailed "opinion".

Shortest version, I'm old school and think its just a tool to expand your options.

Sounds good.

Just had hernia surgery and gonna watch some movies and try to deal with no meds, except Advil. Shouldn't be a problem.

Thawed out some Pink Golds for some Peel N Eats and sear some Ahi. Pretty much it for me. Looks like rain mist of the weekend here.

I'm excited about experimenting with a homemade version of a doctored up BBQ sauce I made last night at the request of my neighbors. They asked for sweet and hot. This version is amazing!

I started with Bullseye Original BBQ sauce. Poured it in a saucepan and added some House of Tsang Szechuan sauce. Turned on the heat to low and add a good shot of Grand Marnier, some crushed pineapple and juice and fresh finely diced Mango, from his tree, and the juice from dicing it. I let it reduce by almost half which made it almost a Chutney, but not quite.

They used it for ribs, I used it on bacon wrapped shrimp. I gave them some garlic scapes and we both used as a garnish.

This is a winner.

Ouch! Well that fawker had more surgeries from water skiing than I did from motocross, so there's that. :)

I rode Hondas, CR at the time, and was a big fan of Marty Smith, then the Hurricane blew through, that's when I got my first YZ.

Some consider him 2nd or 3rd all time best behind McGrath and Carmichael, but he's a clear #1 in my book.

I used to love watching motorcross. Too young to remember Hannah, but he seemed like the real deal. Jeremy McGrath was amazing. Kinda unfair (like MJ and Lebron) to compare them imo

And I know where you were going with that, I just didn't have a short answer, other than the one given.

Looking for updates: how’re them lima beans?

Sincerely,
Your Biggest Fan

PS: we are taking on a newspaper recipe for one-pan shrimp pad Thai, leaving out the cilantro.

We shall see

Stfu dawgs?

I love'em. You would think they would be popular down here, but nope. Hard to find and the ones you do are frozen from a bag.

When I make them I like to use white corn meal and I'll make them "plain" with just onion, and spicy with Jalapeno, onion and red pepper. I like to dip them in ketchup, tarter sauce and mustard with Tabasco.

I love hush puppies. My favorites are "plain" with onions. The number of restaurants which can fugg up hush puppies continues to amaze me. I've not made these at home in decades...
