Love the way the meat looks cooked, perfect. I also love the asparagus and Brussels spouts in background. Very underrated vegetables, especially asparagus.

I’ve always steered clear of air fryers, really don’t know if they are good or not. Is it the same concept as convection ovens?

This time not, Joey. I was at a dinner party years ago, hostess didn’t know how to prepare it. It turned me off and I found myself in a Seinfeld moment of being polite and hiding it, yep, that went in my purse. Haven’t touched it since except on a bagel.
