I have probiotics in pill form, but I'm trying to do as much as I can from food itself..and I could use a lil fiber.
I concentrate heavily on getting fiber on a daily basis. You probably already know but Imma share anyway.

Metamucil. 6g

Chia seeds. 8g = 2 tbsp. I put them in my morning metamucil. They're good on eggs because of texture. Put them on pretty much anything and mostly tasteless. Good for omega 3 too.

Black beans. 15g = cup.
Avocado. 10g = 1 whole.

An 8 oz glass of metamucil with Chia seeds and Black beans, avocado, eggs with Chia seeds in the morning will set you up for the day.

Navy beans. 19g = cup
Artichoke. 7g = 1
Blackberries. 8g = cup

Obviously there are many more good ones like lentils, but those are my favorites.
