Just be done responding to anything he posts. No likes or even evidence that he is alive. I've never seen an adult human my age or older want attention as bad as he does. He thinks you pick on him? Has he even looked at what you, TFG and Souce post at each other? It's freaking hilarious.

Sorry I didn't reply before, work and all that crap. My sons just got back from a bird hunt in Meatchicken and brought me 4 ducks back. They also had 8 pheasants and 4 chukars that were conventionally cleaned by their guides. The ducks, not so much. Had to breast them out so we can smoke them.

Very cool. Sometimes, I will remove the breasts from duck or goose to cook these in rendered fat to medium rare, slice and serve. The rest of the bird is cooked separately, low and slow, to produce that fall off the bone tenderness.
