I like sage in sausage. Hate maple flavor in sausage.

Maple flavoring and sausage doesn’t need to be put together. Rather have a pronounced sage to it. Does anyone remember the ham sausage that Cracker Barrel used to do? I loved it. Wished they still had it.

I've got one. Just cant seem to beat the birds and the raccoons to the ripened berries.

Funny, I discovered that there was a mulberry tree close by post a raccoon visit. Apparently, raccoons swallow the berries whole and do not digest them very well. Lol
