I'm sorry. It's been painfully obvious this whole tournament in games I've seen.

Umpires are consistently screwing up ball and strike calls. They know they screwed up and then they try to fix it by calling a pitch the other way later.

Since the expansion of sports gambling, you can't really trust it isn't a factor, can you?

I hate whining about it, but it effects people psychologically. It runs up your pitch count. You start aiming instead of throwing. Now you are missing the strike zone.

It's a different world when you think you have to groove one to get a strike call.

I really didn’t think Florida would get of that inning only behind 1-0. Not thinking it’s going to go well for the gators. LSU is pitching, fielding, has bats pretty much at every spot. It pains me to say, without a doubt, they’re the best team.

One of the differences or main difference in these two games is that LSU has been much better at not chasing bad pitches and fouling off pitches, keeping an at-bat alive.

Youth leagues are always looking for quality umpires. They’ll even pay for the gas. Then spend 10-15 years earnestly seeking to make the midweek games. I would guess, this is the best D1 NCAA has.

Preaching to the choir 99...

The Vols had the best pitching staff in the country this year. Three first round draft picks on staff and didn't use any of them in Game 1. Think about that.

Unfortunately, we couldn't touch left hand pitching throwing 80 mph with a Fat Albert bat.
