"Green who had Tennessee in his top three before committing to the Wolverines before the season has been weighing his options about transferring to either the Tide, Aggies, and now the Seminoles who have just broken into the race and seem to be leading per Green's twitter. The Vols are not on his top three list and have much work to do before making a run with Green. It may have been the relationship with Graham, who left the Vols for Florida State that could ultimately come back to haunt the Vols. However, the persistent Vols are making a push since incoming freshman Paulk has a torn ACL. It will be very interesting to watch this play out."

When I was visiting UNC, I ran into Derrick Green's high school football coach (i think position or oc). Anyways, I asked him why he chose Michigan over Tennessee and he said that he was really set on going to UT, but the uncertainty of the coaching staff staying or getting fired is what swayed his decision at the end.
I understand where you're coming from, but how can he link something the HS coach told him in person?Link or GTFO with this garbage. Smh. Just inb4 the real folks that don't believe this to be possible, and could never accept that Dooley could get good players to UT.
If this is the case then I'm sure he wasn't the only recruit that thought the same. But again dooley stepped on the toes of the TN hs coaches so who cares about top recruits from out of state.
Losing these type of recruits is more on Hart for not shutting down the Grudenites. Just the fact that during last season dooley was in on Green as much as he was shows this.
