Always a plus when they get a W with Weaver on the mound. Dude is just bad, but what can you do at this point?

Elly is other worldly. He's having so much fun shaking up the other teams. I played and watched baseball all of my life and have never seen a guy steal 2nd, 3rd and home like that. Not even in T ball or Little League. 🤪

So good to see JV getting on track.

This team could go deep if the rotation gets fixed. 🤞

Tip of the cap to Will Benson too didn’t really think much of the trade and was ready to give up on him after the start to the season but instead of sulking around after being optioned to AAA he has really turned it around.

So who targeting tonight in the draft? Everything I've seen says Rhett Lowder but also seen some mention Dollander too.

He absolutely is freaking amazing...but he actually stole those bases on 3 pitches. After he stole 2nd, he "rested" while Fraley swung and missed...then on the 3rd pitch he stole 3rd and home.

Those are logical and great draft picks. But if one of the two can't miss HS outfielders drops down to them I bet they grab one. There was also one mock that had them taking the UVA catcher.

Lowder it is and happy to have him. He's already a pitcher, don't have to convert him from being a thrower.

Holy crap - they also got Ty Floyd another real pitcher. Potential SP's have been addressed a couple years out. Wow.

Than you have guys like Graham Ashcraft, Brandon Williamson, Chase Petty, Connor Phillips, and now Ty Floyd battling to be the 4th/5th guys in the rotation if everything pans out.

It's all about health. Greene and Lodolo are anything but healthy. I think you're leaving out a very valuable option, Andrew Abbott

It's unreal to know we are leading the Central at the All Star game break and this is with Nick, Hunter and Joey missing A LOT of time in the first half. The Elly Effect is real. He has these guys believing anything is possible and they are playing with unreal energy. Right now the AS break is the best thing that could happen to this team! Get the bullpen arms some rest along with everyone else.....Now there is ONE major move that has to be made during the break. Release/trade Cassili and bring up CES. Can you imagine the lineup........Here's my perfect lineup on most days

LF Steer
3B Delly
1B/DH CES
RF Fraley/Benson
1B/DH Votto
C Stephenson/Maile
2B India

I'd put India 9th to even out the threat 1-9 and hopefully get some guys on for top of the order
