A PSA for those in the Reds local market still deciding how to watch games this year: if you have an Amazon Prime subscription, they’re offering a season pass for the Reds at $75. That’s the lowest price I’ve seen, granted it requires you to already have a Prime subscription.

It’s a FanDuel Sports Network add on specific to the Reds (you don’t get Blue Jacket or Cavalier games). It’s also not available within the Prime Video app (at least as far as I can tell). You have to go to the Prime Video website and it’s available there, scroll all the way to the right when you’re selecting your preferred plan (monthly, year-long, season pass that includes hockey & basketball, etc.).

Hope that helps some folks as we get ready for real baseball this week.

Not a good start for Francona. Gibaut barely made the team. He’s pretty much the 13th pitcher on this staff. Why in the hell is he being chosen to close for you on Opening Day? I guess managers get rusty too. Hopefully he’ll learn from this

They really shouldn’t be playing Steer until he’s good to go. He is doing nothing in an already awful lineup.

We get some reinforcements tonight. Diaz is back in the pen and Hays and McLain are in the starting lineup. Hopefully they make a difference
