The point is the rest of the coaches are not way way below Harbaugh. That is assinine. Plenty of guys in this league have done as much or more than him in college football.

Tennessee's: #17, #21, #5, #5.

Now, look at the depth chart. They start 0 Freshmen, 2 Sophomores, and the rest of the team is all Upper Classmen, who aren't talentless(#7, #5 recruiting classes in 12,13), and weren't Harbaugh's recruits. I think you give Harbaugh way too much credit, because their team is basically our team, in terms of talent, 2 years older.
