That and there has to be a different calculus trying to keep a room with 2-3 on scholly vs a room with 14 -16. It's human nature to want to have one's relative value rewarded. The if HE is worth x I am worth y thing could get problematic if you overpay for one. All part of the NIL balancing act I think.
