Dealership wrecked MY brand new car

Not only did this dealership royally screw this up but now they are taking forever to get your car repaired. Something fishy is going on here.

Isnt their like a newspaper reporter that writes about this kind of crap -- in that area ?

He doesn't want that. So it's really just two sides that have established the extent to which they're willing to go. Sure, there's more to it. But the bare bones of it all is that.

I understand that he didn't really want the car fixed but it seemed like that was all the dealership was willing to do. Personally with my experience in working in dealerships you would want to fix a car like this quickly and get this "problem car" done and out.

They just seem to not be in any hurry to get a problem taken care of. Which I guess shouldn't be a real surprise since they have handled this whole situation awfully.

The dealership did pay to have the car fixed. Working on making a claim against the actual driver's insurance for the DV.

I'll be interested to hear how that goes. Kind of surprising that the driver's insurance would pay if the guy was truly driving your vehicle in the scope of his employment with the dealership.

Doesn't even come close to making sense that they would be paying this

I think he's saying he's making an attempt at getting DV but it's likely a long shot.
