Starting out I payed myself zero salary because it took a while to be profitable. In the business world you can't continue to pay employees more than they are worth (GM, Chrysler, etc.) I pay mine more than they would make elsewhere because I recruited the competition's best.

Now you can take your illiterate insecure behind back to the kitchen to make your woman a sammich.

Right. So you employ no women, except a secretary right? Is she worth that lowly salary you pay her? You come off as sexist and elitist. But I guess you are entitled to be that way since you run a fortune 500 company right?

John Adams just wrote a new article about this. He lists some quotes made by Jennings. Basically Jennings felt the women's athletic dept. ran things better than the men and did. It appears things where pretty heated between them. Full article on govolsxtra.com.

I have 17 employees. Four are female. I have no secretary. You call the business, you get me.

You come across as insecure, maybe due to stature or weight. You also probably live paycheck to paycheck since thats how the entitlement crowd manages money, "no need to save because I'm owed a job!" You've also probably faced a lot of imaginary rejection in your life, you figure you've got no shot at that girl, school, job, etc., so you create an attack defense to defend a rejection that you never receive because you never try.

Your turn.....

Well, seeing as your attitude towards women sucks I would say you are the insecure one.

But, since you asked. I'm married, graduated college, my day job is an accountant, my night job is internet arguing, I live in a house that is more than I need, its half paid for, I'm under the age of 30, probably a little pudgy but I blame that on the good food I eat and lastly I've never been confused with a midget.

That help you any? Got any more attacks you would like to throw out?

I stand by my original assessment, as you just proved it.

I thought the last paragraph that adams wrote which he identifies the firing of Jennings as kicking Pat when she is down was shoddy journalism at best.

My heart goes out to Jennings. Really sad to see someone get fired after 30 plus years. I don't know if it was the right choice, maybe it was but still sad.

I sure as hell hope it isn't as an English professor because it's paid and not payed. I also hope those other people are working their asses off while you goof off non-stop on here arguing about irrelevant sh*t.

No, his attitude towards women sports gave me that impression. He didn't deny it.

If you didn't notice, I was stereotyping him. Just jabs, he took a few himself. It's ok, we both big boys.

Yea stereotyping? That earlier post sounded way harsher than a jab. Claiming he was sexist and elitist. Then mocking him for not running a multibillion dollar company.

Sorry! I must've been channeling Grizz. Heck no I'm not an English professEr.

My people do work their asses off. That's why I pay them well, so I can argue about irrelevant shyt on VN. Wait till I get rid of this stupid Droid phone when the new iPhone comes out, its on then!

Yeah, those are stereotypes. Tendencies of both came off in his posts. I'm sure I didn't hurt his feelings. He stated his feelings towards women's basketball and brought up his work status. I'm not sure what else I could call it.

I wouldn't patron his business and I have a feeling he couldn't care less.

I am just a fat, insecure, jobless single midget who can't read or write. Or so I was told. No defense for little ole me? I feel hurt now

Dumb thread is dumb.

If you're going to argue about stupid stuff, at least make it interesting.

He did say you were insecure but he never said you were fat, jobless, insecure, or illiterate. You're the one who said those things.

I always love the insubordination tag. Usually means some higher up got butt hurt.

Hart's response to Jennings' March 16 email focused on her assertion concerning Summitt: "The email you sent me at 12:52 a.m. regarding coach Summitt is so inaccurate, on so many levels, that it does not warrant a meaningful response. I would think that a person holding a position such as yours would understand, far better than most, the negative impact of your rumor speculation."

First, imagine sitting down, Dave Hart and Pat Summitt, maybe Tyler...later Holly and spending Monday March 16th, on what does CPS want to do.

Only to come into work on tuesday March 17th, knowing you've gotta send a legendary coach down the road with grace and dignity on Wednesday March 18th, and finding this e-mail written by a legend in her own right, albeit at nearly 1 AM...What would you do?

She's implying that Hart forced Summitt out, the most experiecnced SID on the hill sent an e-mail to the head man in charge at 12:52 AM...questioning his motives and asking him to reinstate Coach Pat Summitt.

12:52 AM

So, I wonder, did he?

He did say you were insecure but he never said you were fat, jobless, insecure, or illiterate. You're the one who said those things.

Actually, I did say he was illiterate. He couldn't read a post factually and came to a feminist conclusion.

Well, it certainly didn't come off that way, did it? Tyler got up and said it it "was her decision", which wasn't even the question he was asked...CPS stood up and gave her whistle to HW...told her to enjoy the day...Hart said that Summitt asked him if she were to step down, who did he have in mind...as Adams says in his column, it was handled "deftly"...

I certainly, as a fan...I didn't see how they would be able to go another year like what they'd just done...So, no, I don't think he or anyone had him "force her out"...If you know different, I'm sure you'll correct me.
