No, I don't know differently. I believe it came down on Pat's terms. I was just throwing that out there. I don't think anyone in their right mind would come down on the wrong side of Pat at this time. It's all coming down to he said/they said right now on different spokes in the wheel. :good!:

We get it, you don't think she was entitled to her 90k salary. So its perfectly fine she loses her job. I do find it hard to believe you would be so willing to trade places with her though.

Oh, she is stealing cause she makes 90k? She set her own salary there? Guess she is "stupid" for bettering herself. Btw, stupid was not the word that got you the label, try again.

Did you not get what I said? If the shoe was on the other foot, if you were working in the AD and you lost your job, would you be ok with that? You are perfectly fine with others losing their job, how about if you lost yours?

I don't mind the fact that she lost her job, that is part of business. I do have sympathy though as she did lose her job, that's the point. Would he have the same attitude if he lost his. Whether her losing her job is justified or not, to suggest she was just stealing money and is a "stupid broad" is overboard.

Stealing by baseless litigation.

I've been fired before. Right after 9.11. It was justified because of a drastic downturn in business. I had no problem with it.

The mentality that you harbor is a socialist ideal that has bankrupted many governments and is crippling ours. Congrats.

Compassion for others who have lost a job is crippling our government? I'm sorry, I will continue to kick a person when their down to help our government out. I just said I had no problem with her being fired, I had a problem with your comments. I can't help it if you can't read, wait that's what you accused me of right?

She was rewarded handsomely in retirement. It's not enough because of an entitlement mentality. No I do not feel sorry for her. I feel sorry for the UTAD who's treated her so well for so long and she's trying to steal money.

She's stealing money by baseless accusations and litigation wanting a settlement she doesn't deserve. That's stealing. I donate, I'm interested to see how the money is used.

Someone who on multiple occasions has claimed discrimination and bias against her to anyone who would listen, but never once filed a formal complaint (until she faced "retirement"). If you are going to accuse someone of something in the business world, then you better be willing to put it in writing and have something to back it up. The athletic department can't function if someone is running around sowing discord without just cause. She was asked to take her negativity and bloated salary elsewhere, then given a handsome full retirement package despite for her troubles.
