It's a smoke screen people. McElwain puts Luke Del Rio back in after kickoff. :)

Considering all the injuries that have been sustained combined with the level of football I have seen so far......

Should we just hand Alabama the SEC trophy and save any more needless carnage from taking place.

The Tennessee v Florida game will look like a preseason game with all the backups playing as starters

I walked after tearing my left ACL, and I didn't even know my right ACL was torn for about 10-16 years.

Hearing Del Rio sprained his MCL and is out for a couple weeks.

If true, that's about the best case scenario based on how bad the injury looked.

I don't mean anything negative in this. I'm glad he's gonna be ok and I'm also glad we won't face him. Appleby is absolutely horrible.

Appleby is a liability...at least Treon and Driskel made plays with their legs.

Appleby is a statue with major accuracy issues.

I'm not as worried about our pass rush now. No way Mac lets him throw the ball so we stack the line and stop the run. Same as people have been doing to us

Franks, absolutely...he's not ready.

Trask has the most upside, and outplayed Franks in the spring and fall. I'd almost prefer to see Trask play over Appleby.

Think you guys will live and die with Appleby or could we see the young guys?

Generally, and it was true for the Gators last year, you can hide a QB for a game or two.

Florida's offense was "ok" against LSU and Georgia before getting more putrid as the season went along with Treon.

I agree with LW here, except everything I have heard says that Appleby is better than Treon.

But, there's no getting around that it's going to be a problem for however long LDR is out.

From a Gator perspective, the hope is to find a way against Tennessee. After that you have Vandy and then hoepfully, you get LDR back

Oh I think Appleby is better than Treon also, I just think Appleby is easier to defend because he's not a threat to run.
