Even with the vax you run a chance. All it does it reduce risk, not remove it.Wrong, if I am not vaccinated I run the risk of being infected and spreading it to innocent people. It’s not just my family - we don’t live in a bubble, which is why I was vaccinated. Protect myself, my family, and my fellow citizen

And considering most cases are asymptomatic, which means low viral load, that means low risk. Vax or not.
I don’t know man. I’d guess it’s come up in conversation with 20-25 people over the last several months. I don’t go around asking people. I’ll leave that to Biden and his lackeys. Some people have said tired, some sick, a couple said no effects. Almost all had some kind of effect though. Your belief or lack of doesn’t change anything. And how many people is that because I don't believe you. I dont know of a single person that has gotten sick from the vaccine. Maybe felt tired for 24 hrs but I dont consider that being sick.

Can’t imagine being in school nowadays, school or no school, masks or no masks. You are gonna have a generation of messed up kids.
Kids are more resilient than you think. Mine have been in person all year, with masks and distancing in the classroom. They've had a great time and made lots of friends. My son was even actively playing in band in group rehearsals.
But we're also heavily involved parents who come from education backgrounds. We're the outlier couple, easily.
Sorry to disappoint but I don’t get on Facebook. Look at what happened with NC State’s baseball team. 4 of 9 vaccinated players got it. Granted that’s a small sample but when I compare that to a small sample of families I know that caught COVID and how many people in the household got it, the numbers aren’t as different as people think. About 2 of 3 people in the same household (3 of 5 in mine) catch COVID when not vaccinated while about 2 of 5 with the vaccine catch it. I’ve seen plenty of stories and heard of plenty of vaccinated people getting the virus so it certainly doesn’t stop you from getting the virus. Maybe on a larger scale the number is close to 1 in 5 but, either way, the vaccine doesn’t prevent the virus. And where have you seen that? Facebook?
