It's just a matter of time before it goes recreational here. It's a bit of a pita to jump through the hoops, but it was just a bandaid the State slapped on so they could figure out how to tax this gold mine for maximum gain.

Stores in all 50 states can sell products with up to 0.3% THC. Eat a couple gummies and most people will get a buzz. Delta 8 and it will most likely have a THC logo, too. Lots of people also take them for pain, arthritis, sore back after work, etc.

I don't know how .3% translates to a single gummy. I recall not knowing what my tolerances were and popped two 10mg gummies before a dinner party. With edibles it's a slow fuse that keeps on giving. Midway through dinner I was super baked and getting paranoid that everyone knew because I thought I was talking too much.

Turns out the right dose for me is about 5mg, 20mg effed me up. I don't know what the normal is, perhaps I'm a light weight.

There's a difference in delta 8 low THC gummies and something you'd get in a dispensary in a legal state. Far less powerful.

But everyone is different. I'd suggest starting with a single one first time with most anything. Find what works best for you. Good story. Sounds like you had some good ones that night.

Vape store near me is selling different types of flower that are supposedly just legal loopholes from regular weed. The owner swears it's just as good if not better. I find it interesting it hasn't been shut down yet. But I still can't order vape juice in the mail anymore. Stupid laws make no sense.

That's Delta 8 or Delta 10. Most vape shops are selling it now.
