I have never voted Democrat but if it was bill clinton vs any bush I would have voted for bill. I was not 18 when Clinton was president though.

I probably would have even voted for Hillary over Jeb. I may have stayed out but I can't stand Jeb.

You are drawing a bizarre equation here. For one thing, Mike Pence was already in office as the Vice President. Bernie Sanders obviously wasn't. For another thing, Donald Trump was not a rival of Mike Pence. Pence had nothing to gain from Trump losing the Presidential Election. It's not just Trump who lost... Pence's name was also on the Republican Party ticket. Therefore, Pence lost too. There is no logic to your argument, and it is really quite stupid.

Not to mention that you are dead wrong when you have stated that Bernie Sanders was ever the front runner in 2016. He wasn't.
