Sometimes neither party puts up qualified candidates
See Bernie Sanders as a reference ......LOL. Once again, why would Mike Pence lie? Are you saying he wanted to lose the election? You do understand that his name was also on the ballot, right? Why would he actively participate in rigging an election against himself? There is no logic to that. You don't make any sense. NONE.
Why would Bernie go away quietly when he knew damn well he was the front runner over Hillary? Why would a Presidential candidate running in 2016 as an outsider candidate and someone who would drain the swamp pick an establishment guy who's all about $$$ as his VP? You must think Trump's either stupid or a lying con-artist. I know which one of those he definitely is.
You are drawing a bizarre equation here. For one thing, Mike Pence was already in office as the Vice President. Bernie Sanders obviously wasn't. For another thing, Donald Trump was not a rival of Mike Pence. Pence had nothing to gain from Trump losing the Presidential Election. It's not just Trump who lost... Pence's name was also on the Republican Party ticket. Therefore, Pence lost too. There is no logic to your argument, and it is really quite stupid.See Bernie Sanders as a reference ......
