Anything to bring attention to and put pressure on congress to cut spending is a good thing. However I do agree that they won't accomplish much, the rot is too deep to be cut out and the patient survive.

We all know the plan here, given its mandate to report in 2026 -- hearing before Republican oversight committees to broadcast to the angry Fox viewership.

And yet, I guarantee you they won't be pointing to any GOP-sponsored waste. It will all be clothed in anti-DEI, anti-woke, anti-Dem rhetoric.

The irony is that they will spend and waste tax dollars to have those very hearings.

Look, we can all agree government is too big and spends too much money, but DOGE is such a fraud. It has no power and is unofficial in every respect. Its simply a rage machine for out-of-context tales of government waste.
