I just booked two FC tickets to Chile for a hike in Patagonia in a few weeks. Is that a qualified business expense (travel and entertainment) if all of the friends I'm traveling with are also clients?

Gonna lean no. (Meals should be at least 50% deductible if business is talked about).

Is there something specific to Patagonia thats needed for your job (i.e., if you were taking a performance clothing vendor there, then an argument that this veers from entertainment comes into play).
