In the meantime, from what we can tell the FBI/DOJ is returning the stolen documents. 😂

The documents Biden had, were serious felonies at the time of him being VP and the same is true of Hillary Clinton.

And now the DOJ officials and FBI agents involved in the scam will be finding new employment i.e. a win for America, at least a little. Investigations on the investigators has just started and they themselves could find themselves locked up.

Maybe they were? They fabricated all kinds of stuff with Russia Gate including colluding with foreign agents.

At the end of the day, the classified documents he was allowed to have whether classified or if he unclassified. The same can't be said of biden and hillary.

No, it only matter as a course of lawfare... it never really mattered as he always had a legal right to those materials, which is why they are being returned. That is not the case of Biden and Hillary, they committed multiple serious felonies, Hillary should have been locked up for the rest of her life.

What he was prosecuted for is not a crime in the context of what him being President. Someone else, yes, having classified material would be a serious issue.

I think the cover folders is what he was talking about, you know the "top secret" folders we all saw in the photos the FBI released.

Smith’s team revealed in the filing that FBI agents carried printed “classified cover sheets” during the Aug. 8, 2022, search of Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate and used them to replace any classified documents they discovered in cardboard Bankers Boxes that littered the former president’s residence.

“The investigative team used classified cover sheets for that purpose, until the FBI ran out because there were so many classified documents, at which point the team began using blank sheets with handwritten notes indicating the classification level of the document(s) seized,” the prosecutors wrote.

Later, they said, the handwritten notes were replaced with more formal placeholder sheets, but some of the handwritten ones may have been left in the boxes as well, complicating efforts to link a placeholder to a specific classified document.

They don't GAS about Hillary. She was the most qualified woman ever to run for president, and the added bonus of being a Democrat.

A normal government employee would have been locked up in solitary and would have restricted access to a lawyer at that point. It wasn't mishandling of classified, it was theft, espionage and treason. Anyone that has worked with classified would tell you, good luck getting that treatment.
