I hope you are trying to be facetious. Lane was a talented HS recruit at one point... who many predicted would displace Poole. He didn't. Development matters when the guy already there has some talent... and Lane does.

Doubt either RS's. The only way that happens is if someone on the roster now really emerges. One of these guys if not both will be in the top 3 and play a good bit.

If either of them redshirt, I think it will be Hurd (although I think Hurd plays as a freshman also).. Scott can play all over the field, including in the slot. I think he sees immediate playing time.

FWIW, I think this kid could be a future stud. A good S&C program will add strength to what looks to be exceptional quickness and instinct.

Top end speed is the only concern I see. It isn't bad but isn't elite either.

Don't forget Paulk, as elusive as anyone. There will be a lot of rotation to keep them fresh with our no-huddle offense while tiring and confusing defenses with 4 totally different styles.

Unfortunately we either go 4-8 or 5-7 next year. Things are looking up though.

Agreed. It's a very good problem to have. Not since Travis & Travis has it felt this good about a backfield.

Never will understand recruiting rankings though! We add a 4* RB today and drop to 4th in rivals rankings! How the hell is that possible?
