seriously? Come on, you are better than this
What would you like, Cat? I'm completely unconcerned whether anyone wants to accept reality or not. It's not going to affect my day any more than it affects theirs.
If it makes guys like bamacheats feel better to think that every player on UT's team is either driving a beater or pedaling his little sister's bike to the training center, then I'm cool with that. I have absolutely no interest in stalking college students online looking for some kind of "gotcha" that I know full well the NCAA doesn't care about anyway.
Just because you blow the hot air that this is something thats the norm and it happens everywhere in some feeble attempt to lessen the guilt of your program, go ahead I suppose. I think you are off with it a bit. Does it happen? Of course, but not to the extent that you are suggesting and certainly not to the extent that this should be something that the 'AA should just throw their hands up at and say **** it.
I'm not trying to change your mind.
"We're less filthy than they are" rationalizations don't interest me. If Alabama's the dirtiest of a dirty bunch, then I'm 100% okay with that. As long as no one's doing anything illegal, all's fair.
Actually, I'd say less then 10 major program's are doing it nowadays....two are in the state of Alabama.
This is highly against NCAA rules.
It's down right cheating is what it is.
I know butch jones isn't running this type of program.
Is one of the others in Oklohoma?
Uh huh. So, despite inheriting a complete mess from his predecessors, Jones was able to take on those "10" dirty programs and not only out-recruit almost all of them, but do it without the slightest bit of inpropriety. Those kids just wanted to come to Tennessee despite the free cars and handouts being offered down the road.
Good times...

Insinuating that Saban or boosters paid for this car isn't logical. Bama has seen from their own history and others (USC) what happens when you blatantly break the rules and give stuff to athletes. Their success brings in the recruits.
My hope though is that they lose every game next season and must resort to paying athletes to go there again like the good ole days
I've met Butch Jones in person, actually he took 5 minutes out of his day to talk to me.
If you ever speak to the man, you'll understand why kids want to play for him.
