Sorry to say it, but what Folwer said is factual, regardless of how he said it. It sucks, but the only thing that can change this perception is showin' up loud and proud come Saturday, and showing Tedford and the Brass Bears it doesn't matter what you simulate, you aren't ready for Neyland!

My take on it is that while technically it is true, announcers rarely make such negative statements as boldly as Folwer did. He didn't say it as a caveat to other positive things he was saying.

My guess is that many top teams have their share of blowouts at home but those aren't being mentioned.

Finally, anyone else notice that during the promo for their weekend schedule of games, they showed the Anderson fumble against Bama while talking about Tennessee while for all the other teams mentioned they showed positive plays?

I don't buy into the anti-UT bias at ESPN but I thought the promo thing was questionable.
