Just got off the phone with them. They no it's a problem but unsure of how to fix. Was told could be awhile. You bet advertisers are furious right along with us.

Unreal. They've had all this time to plan for this and they screw it up big time the first day they have more than one game.

That's a PR nightmare.

Yes and no. I wouldn't say DTV is any different than any other big company, most big companies' tech support people are clueless when big problems happen.

Still, it's unacceptable they didn't test this.
