Disneyland Raises Price of Annual Pass

Disneyland is not selling its annual passes to new holders next year and has instead raised the prices of renewing an existing pass.

Prices for the tiered passes have increased to $50 and $200 more than last year. "Inspire" is the top tier at $1,599 and includes parking, a 15% discount on select dining, and a 20% discount on select merchandise. It's followed by "Believe" at $1,099, which gets buyers 50% off parking and a 10% discount on select dining and select merchandise, "Enchant" at $699 with a 10% discount, and "Imagine" at $449 for California residents only. The less expensive the pass, the more dates are blocked for its holder.

California university Linked to Disney offers students $25K to make pro-abortion rights films

A division of the University of Southern California that counts Walt Disney Studios and other major film production companies among its partners has announced a $25,000 grant program for student film projects promoting abortion rights.

The Annenberg Inclusion Initiative, a think tank contained within the university's Annenberg School for Communications and Journalism, announced the grant program last month as part of a "new focus on reproductive health and political storytelling."

I'm good with canceling all of those. To believe we can't live without ANY of the above is ludicrous.

Yeah, it sucks for Disneyfiles who live near the parks, but when you do a day to travel there, spend big $ on a hotel room, and gotta wait an hr to ride Peter Pan because people who already rode it 12x this year are in line with you, that sucks worse.

There is an old invention called Radio that is still in use.
Well it's tough news knowing that you now have to ban your own team since there's a marketing affiliation in place, but I admire the way you stick to your principals. Will you switch to Vandy? Admittedly the first one isn't Disney but I know it will solidify your Vols ban

Disney World guests Blast $625-A-Head Dinners at fancy resort restaurant

Disney World guests blasted the theme park for jacking up the prices at its most expensive restaurant — where the tab can run as high as $625 per person for a four-hour, 10-course meal.

Located at the Orlando, Fla.-based amusement park’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, the pricey Victoria & Albert’s restaurant re-opened this summer, jacking up its prices by as much as $200 per head depending on the tasting menu.

“I’m sure it’s a great experience and super fancy, but no thanks. I’m out. No chance I’m spending $300 a person to eat some food,” one user wrote on Reddit, referring to the cheapest seven-course tasting menu option.

“Crazy over priced,” another user griped. “Michelin star restaurants in NYC don’t even cost that much (except the very best, like Eleven Madison Park, which is ‘only’ $335).”

The most aggressive place on earth? Disney tells revelers 'be the magic you want to see in world' - as it rolls out a behavior guide after Fights and Abuse Skyrocket

Disney has revealed new behavior rules urging theme park visitors to 'be the magic you want to see in the world' - as fights at the resorts have become shockingly routine.

The new 'courtesy' section appeared earlier this month on the Disneyland and Disney World websites. Visitors are now spending about $200 on day tickets, so officials are determined to ensure their experiences at 'The Happiest Place on Earth' live up to the billing.

Would you like to tackle the rampant pedophilia and horrible things that happened to the child actors at Disney?

Or on Hollywood as a whole?

More rampant than pedophilia in churches? Have you seen those numbers? Do you consider churches just as evil as Disney?

They really lost me when they decided that Splash Mountain was too „racist“. I loved that ride and there wasn’t a single racist thing about it

Show me the quote where somebody said it's "too racist"

They got rid of characters that nobody liked and that played into stereotypes. I'm 40 years old and I barely know who these characters are, and don't like them. Kids today care even less. Why would any business still use these characters at Splash Mountain when they could be using marketable characters? It's confounding that it took this long.

Yes, I've watched it. My daughter has a Princess Tiana doll. She has a lego. Because it's a marketable character...the fact that there is merch proves the point.
