suing him means civil court...

are they pressing criminal charges though? sounds fishy to me that you keep mentioning they are suing him, but nothing about any criminal charges.

Too quick to judge are some of you...this being said, yank his scholly if he is involved in a criminal case...we don't need to be in a race with Georgia for most delinquent acts by players or soon to be players.

Ill beleive it when I see it in print. nothing against you, but isnt this a domestic situation? which is automatic someone goes to jail, so it would already be in the public record.

i do not know. Everything i have posted is what i have been told. Tonight i will try to get on some ohio high school message boards to find out more and ask some questions.

I was in an apple store in Cambridge today and had to step in between a man and woman (turned out to be husband and wife, but I didn't know that) who were scuffling over some stupid phone or something. I have no idea what the deal was. At first, she was just yelling for him to give her the "it", and he was yelling that "it" was his...then they actually started being a aggressive as she went after the phone. Pretty soon, they were really going at it, she was scratching at him and he was pushing her off and ended up pushing her into a wall before I could get there. Luckily, he wasn't amped up ... it was her that I was worried was going to come after me, but I got them separated until the cops showed up. People go at it over the craziest things...

high school drama. not excusing it but he's not the first and he won't be the last. i hope that everything works out and he still makes it to knoxville. i liked his video highlights
