Do you Run?……Walk?….Bike?…..Swim?…..yoga?…..lift weights? What’s your workout plan?

-only when being chased…..or trying not to die of heart disease.

Post you distance on the day you run (walk or bike) so I won’t feel alone.
I try to get 10 miles a week. 3.5 3 times. (Walking is welcome too. Anything to help me keep going)

I felt squirrely today at went 4.5 miles.

Did you already have the bike?
I have a good mountain bike but my road bike is done. It should be sold for scrap. Was considering getting a new road bike to break up my workouts.
Yes I have 2 mountain bikes I can ride but need to do some work on one. My dad had one collecting dust so I grabbed it. They're perfect for cruising the neighborhood
