I don't know about Willis, I don't thnk Smith ever looked as bad as Willis did. Willis looks like he'd struggle in the USFL.

I mainly meant it as a comp for Dobbs but Geno his first 7 years were bad. That being said he played for the jets so there's that. But he stuck it out and year 8 he got his audition and year 9 was his coming out party. I'm hoping Dobbs can do the same 3 years faster. Realistically Dobbs ends up a journeyman backup best case. But honestly that's a pretty cushy job. 1/10th the pay but 1/1000th the concussions.
