Dobbs Stats this season

I think he was 0-2 in college when getting the majority of the snaps, but that was a wild year from everything I've read. Started out behind Condredge (73,74), then was hurt when CH left (75,76), and got a good amount of play in Majors' first year in 1977. Drafted 8 rounds behind our punter that year, the great Craig Colquitt who fathered a punting dynasty.

Crazier, he only got to start one year in high school. He was the backup to Tony Brantley who ended up as the punter at Notre Dame. Brantley probably looked a lot better than he was in high school because his main target was a guy named Steve Largent, who graduated the year before Ryan took over.
Largent was the man!

If he keeps it up in AZ he will find a nice landing spot and with a decent price tag. He's played really well. They really should be 2-1, their defense kinda blew it against NY two weeks ago.
Yeah,
Arizona should have won that game against the Giants. Defense just laid an egg.

Watched the Post TV NFL shows and kind of surprised at the lack of love thrown towards Dobbs. Yes, they said he did good but he, Dobbs slayed the Dragon! Talk about Sampson vs Goliath! And if the Cardinals had a defense, they would probably be 3-0. Whodathunkit??
The Cardinals in general got no love from the media. Their defense was stellar and the talking heads talked more about the lack of production by Dax and Company. Kind of made me sick actually.

At this point I hope the Cowboys implode.

Only the third Vols QB (not counting Peterman since he's a Panther) to record a win in the NFL in like 40 or 50 years. First since Peyton.
We've had a checkered past in the NFL at QB for sure

If Josh and company Win against San Fran or make it an 8 point or less loss, Josh will likely retain the starting job over Kyler Murray in week 5 against the Bengals.

If you go from 1973 onward, it looks like he’s the 5th:

Bobby Scott (last win 1977)
Pat Ryan (last win 1987)
Heath Shuler (last win 1997)
Peyton Manning (last win 2016)
Joshua Dobbs

I think Jimmy was Craig's brother. Either Dustin or Britton was his son and the other was a nephew.
Jimmy was Craig’s nephew. Dustin and Britton were both Craig’s kids, so they’d be Jimmy’s cousins.

(And none of them are related to Jerry Colquitt.)

Edit: Made a correction.

No, Dustin and Britton would be Jimmy's first cousins. Yeah, LOL, I know Jerry Colquitt is no relation.

It's been a great story so far for Dobbs beating up on Whack Dak but he's not beating my 49ers. I'll be at the game in the C114 section. Bring some moonshine.
