Sometimes after I eat it feels weird for a certain amount of time then goes away. Usually after the first meal of the day for whatever the reason. They happen when I am just watching tv or something and I'll get up and walk around and it helps. With that being said, they have happened after exercise before too. Sometimes they happen when I lean over. And the absolute most usual time they happen is when I take a deep breath. You know how heart rate increases upon inhalation and decreases when you exhale? Well when I inhale sometimes it'll skip then it'll go back to normal. Strange.
I wore the monitor and they told me it was programmed to pick up things it considered bad even if I didn't press it. I did hit it quite a few times and they still told me it was normal so.
Did you ever try this inhalation technique when you were wearing the monitor? You can also ask to see the results of your heart monitor yourself. If you see any premature beats you can ask them about them. I would have thought they would have reported to you even the smallest of issues.
I see the term fired alot - here is an article --# 9 is my beef with him Access Denied (link works I checked it)
They just said it came back normal. He said the separate ekg was also so "beautiful". He said as long as it's just pvc or pac he isn't worried about it because my heart is healthy. It was a pretty good cardiologist so I just trust him and move on or the anxiety will get insane.
Ok, so maybe you are having PVC's. Some people can feel them and others don't. My other suggestion was going to be gas. As funny as that sounds I've had thumps that I thought could be a palpitation/pvc but was able to link it ultimately to gas. Oddly enough gas can cause some strange and sometimes confusing symptoms as it moves through the body.
It it were me I would be changing doctors. IMO, you must feel comfortable and have confidence in your doctor. There are a lot of very good caring doctors. I have a few issues and go to 5 doctors on a regular basis. I am very pleased with each one. They all take time to explain what is going on and what their treatment plan is. 3 of the 5 have personally called me with test results etc. There is no reason to go to a doctor you are not satisfied with.
I betcha the doctors on VN will tell you something similar to what I am.
What are the Docs of VN opinion about ordering prescription drugs from a legitimate Canadian online pharmacy.
I have one prescription that my insurance does not pay for that I can order from Canada for approximately 1/3rd the cost of buying in the states. I am being told is the exact same drug.

Probably should go for it - I get my contacts from Canada and they never ask for the prescription, like US sites do -- lower cost and same product
This is potentially dangerous advice. If it's ordered from outside the US, it is not tested by the FDA for either composition or efficacy. In other words, there is no guarantee on what you are putting into your body.
There are plenty of ways to make medication more affordable. Many brand name manufacturers offer need-based discount programs. Most meds have generic equivalents or alternatives. Also, prices are not universal -- shop around or check out the "GoodRx" app, which also offers discount/rebate info.
There is legislation in the works to help ensure the safety of importing medications and certify pharmacies in other countries. I believe there is also an internet pharmacy verification process already in place. If you do choose to go outside the US for your medication, do your research and be very careful.
Thanks kd. I have some relatives that have bought meds from Canada for several years but I am very leary of doing so.
I was told to make sure the pharmacy has the "CIPA" logo, street address and phone number on website or it would not be legit.
I went to the CIPA site and searched pharmacies from a link on it's site.
Canadian International Pharmacy Association
There is no generic for this drug. I can save approx $2,900 per year via ordering from Canada. Granny and I went over the info today and we decided to not go that route. I am going to ask my doc for some type of alternative medication, if one isn't available I will bite the bullet and buy from an American Pharmacy. Hopefully he can get me an alternative that my insurance will pay for.
