Compound bow solves the problem
The ears are great! This is.... I don't remember what the f his name is. Was out walking with Mom. The owner said: He doesn't usually like strange people. I wasn't exactly sure how to take that.

Yeah, all that frantic grooming.View attachment 446930He seems really upset about the whole situation
He’s still here today.Maybe not so much when the official owners are neglectful, and the neighbors have always welcomed. Cats know where they’re appreciated (and fed.)
Is he neutered? Even neutered toms ramble around, but they’re a lot less of a PITA than intact males. He’s still here today.
Nobody has checked on him. At this point I would probably say I have not seen him.
Edit: but honestly he comes and goes as he sees fit.
— if it weren’t for Le Chat Lunatique (my mother’s cat, who now lives with us), I’d be happy to drive over and collect him tomorrow. But her most recent move was to run a neighborhood sweetie pie (neutered tom) 15’ up the maple in our front yard, just because.
But if you do get in a bind, let me know. He seems like a pretty nice guy who deserves to live out his life in peace, with the occasional lap. We can enforce the peace.
