You just insinuated that Trump and everyone should be litigated. .I could claim that Biden poilicy hurt me financially through taxes, illegal immigrant policy caused me personal harm, regulation killed my business or whatever.

Well if you didn’t think it was implicit in my quick comment it was. You have to prove your “damage”

What damages has Dominion suffered other than reputation? I could show W-2's YTY that show how I am affected by policy.

You can't sue a government official for actions that are part of his job, even if those actions negatively affect you. I think it would be tough to argue that defaming a corporation is part of the President's job description.

I don’t know the answer to that. I’ve not read what they allege. I responded in the abstract not from within the context of Diminion

Not suing an individual, but a "collective" gov or corporation or even Volnation. Maybe with FTCA. You have people claiming taking legal action against a sitting Prez, who is not just an individual but an elected Executive. Obama and Biden have defmed many an industry like coal and gas.

Defamation is a type of tort law. I’m tired so you should look up how successful people have been at suing the federal government under tort law.

Whay did you cut out my comment "Maybe with FTCA"? Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) .

The Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) is a highly complex law that allows specific types of lawsuits against a federal government entity and federal employees who have acted within the scope of employment while causing injuries, but certain strict rules must be followed.

What is rich is the feds get to determine if a lawsuit is valid, hence the lousy success rate. Gotta love it.

Again, whether you agree with Obama's/Biden's policies or not, those policies are part of the legitimate funcitions of the office.

Claiming a corporation committed large scale fraud, rigged an election, and worked with a despotic dictator is not covered by sovereign immunity.

Millions of brainwashed people who believe as long as their product is used, it will not be legit. In their sad eyes, it will always be rigged or corrupt.

A prejudgment remedy placing a lien against all her assets would be a nice future reminder for all other morons that there are consequences for all actions

Exposure will be good. Let's see how Dominion explains some very mysterious facts

  • Founded in Venezuela in 1997 by a team of three engineers – Antonio Mugica, Alfredo José Anzola, and Roger Piñate, Smartmatic specializes in the design and end-to-end deployment of technology solutions for specific applications.
  • Lou Dobbs on CNN in 2006: Smartmatic based in Venezuela sold to Dominion, top officials in Venezuela –

All of your claims have been repeatedly debunked.

And you're quoting Dobbs? What an idiot.

They're not suing the federal government. They are suing individuals.

Government employees are agents of the US government and as long as they’re acting within the scope of their employment they are protected from individual liability.

He's not acting on behalf of the federal government. He's acting on his own behalf. Investigating election fraud is within the scope of his employment. If erroneously attacking a business on twitter is within the scope of his employment, then literally anything is within the scope of his employment and you can't sue the president for anything.

Yes I know Dobbs is an idiot. I also know you were probably actually calling me an idiot. 😁 My point was that the same people who are saying there are no problems at all with Dominion had concerns in previous elections. I would love to see where you are saying these claims have been repeatedly debunked (besides for some liberal fact checker). You don't have to take my word or anybody else's word as far as that goes. Do your own research. Look at all of the facts that have been layed out.
